A bit of a parody police sitcom, soaked through with humor. Ray Holt is the new head of the precinct in Brooklyn, who will have to "build" his wards and make them treat their superiors with respect. Each of them is a high-level professional who has his own style of work. But these policemen rarely take anything seriously and constantly compete with each other.
