Dead Awake

Something mysterious and ominous wanders near a bed of the young man broken by paralysis. The mysterious guest isn't seen neither doctors, nor native. He prefers the status incognito, appearing before the elected victim in a dreadful dream, why in veins blood runs cold, and body temperature gradually falls. From it not to escape and not to hide, and therefore the motionless body appears an easy target for the poltergeist tormenting souls.

But there will be one girl capable to expel an evil ghost from dreams of close friends and to be shown resistance when he tries to creep to her night world. She is fated to become not only the rescuer of sick people, but also the conductor in otherworldly measurement where the reality and illusiveness mix up in the uniform plane, and the most terrible fears climb outside with violent rage, threatening with death in a dream.
Kate Bowman (Jocelin Donahue) is an average social worker who, after the sudden death of her twin sister, is investigating the mysterious deaths of other people who died in their sleep. Shortly before their deaths, the victims all reported a supernatural force that appeared to them while they were suffering from sleep paralysis. When Kate investigates further into the case, she opens herself up to the creature's wrath and soon finds herself and her family suffering from an ancient evil.
