Take Shelter

In a plot of the Drama Thriller "Take Shelter" the simple worker and the good family man Curtice lives with the wife Samantha and the little daughter Hanna in the small town in Ohio. Life passes seven quite happily, but the only thing that afflicts Curtice and Samantha — loss of hearing at the daughter. However, soon nightmares in which he sees a terrible picture of the coming nearer hurricane start tormenting Curtice.

This terrible dream pursues its every night and Curtice starts believing that it is a prophetic dream which Warns him about the fast tragedy. To save the family it starts building reliable shelter in the earth which will be able to keep lives of favourite people tornado time. However, people around perceive persuasive desire to rescue the relatives, as madness. Whether Curtice is sick or he really feels approach of trouble?
Plagued by a series of apocalyptic visions, a young husband and father questions whether to shelter his family from a coming storm, or from himself.
