13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi

The movie begins in the Beghazi, Libya. It’s 2012 and the things have turned so bad in Beghazi that it is now being termed as the most dangerous place of the world. The militants attack has grown to such an extent that all other countries are forced to pull out their embassies from Libya. But, the United States is still in the country with their diplomatic compound opened in the city.

Nearer to it, is a CIA outpost named “The Annex”, which has private military contractors for their protection. On sept, 11, a group of Islamic militants attack the compound and unfortunately, the guards also surrender themselves, making the work of militants easier. The attackers enter the building and to save themselves Wickland, Stevens and Smith enter the safe room. The militants set the entire building on fire in order to burn the men hiding inside. Wickland is able to escape and he is safe, but Smith and Steven lose their life.
An American Ambassador is killed during an attack at a U.S. compound in Libya as a security team struggles to make sense out of the chaos.
