Ultraconservative and through an elitist school for the rich gets on his ears with the advent of a new student-shocking and loving teenager Billy Bloom. He shakes "decent society", dressing and sneaking like a girl. In response to the brutal mass bullying Billy decides to participate in the competition "Queen of the School."
The story of teenager Billy Bloom who, despite attending an ultra conservative high school, makes the decision to run for homecoming queen.
