Centurion

In 117 Picts – residents of Northern Britain – combat the Roman garrisons and take prisoner a Centurion the Fifth of Diya who knows their language. At the same time the Roman governor Agricola ruling in Britain receives a reinforcement – the IX legion of Tit Flavia Viripa. For the aid to a legion the governor gives Etayn – the mute pathfinder of Picts. The legion rescues Diya who ran away from captivity, and Etayn which all family Romans killed, brings a legion to a trap.

Dy and six more veterans manage to survive, they try to rescue from captivity of the general of the IX legion, but can't exempt it from chains. Then senior is Dy , and the task facing him – to take away remained on the territory. They are pursued by the Picts conducted Etayn with whom thirst of revenge moves. During retreat of legionaries becomes less because Etayn kills their one behind another, but the rest manages to come off group of avengers. Near the Roman fort Etayn again overtakes legionaries, and they prepare for decisive fight.
Britain, A.D. 117. Quintus Dias, the sole survivor of a Pictish raid on a Roman frontier fort, marches north with General Virilus' legendary Ninth Legion, under orders to wipe the Picts from the face of the Earth and destroy their leader, Gorlacon.
