Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief

Percy Jackson got used to strangenesses in the life. He almost reconciled to that doesn't know own father that hardly operates own hot temper and that is easiest for it to read the Greek, but not native English, the text. But when the school teacher appears the real fury, and nearby there are mythical beings hunting on it, Percy finally understands that he shouldn't count on normal quiet life.

Percy – not the simple person, but the demigod who should study management of the supernatural abilities and to get used to that around his contemporaries demigods, satires and other beings from Ancient Greek myths wander. Percy Jackson should meet the Minotaur, to receive the whole list of tasks which need to be executed for rescue of mother kidnapped by enemies, to make a long trip on all universe and to rise by the ancient mountain of Olympe where there live ancient and powerful gods.
Accident prone teenager, Percy discovers he's actually a demi-God, the son of Poseidon, and he is needed when Zeus' lightning is stolen. Percy must master his new found skills in order to prevent a war between the Gods that could devastate the entire world.
