War Horse

In the County of Devon the surprising friendship which lasted for many years was born and blossomed. The boy by the name of Albert saw how the foal of a riding thoroughbred mare was born, and with admiration watched its growing. When Albert's father by the name of Ted could buy a stallion at auction, the boy started training the canine friend who called Joey, and makes great progress: the stallion not only executes various commands, but also is able to handle a plow and becomes for not too rich family of the owners the real savior.

Only Ted can't pay a rent therefore from the beginning of the I World War he makes the decision to sell to Joey of the British army. Albert doesn't manage to prevent – to participate to the father, and now Joey the real fighting horse trained in operations and to execute orders of military. Albert doesn't stop trying to find the lost friend and does everything possible again to meet Joey and to return it home.
On the brink of the First World War, Albert's beloved horse Joey is sold to the Cavalry by his father. Against the backdrop of the Great War, Joey begins an odyssey full of danger, joy, and sorrow, and he transforms everyone he meets along the way. Meanwhile, Albert, unable to forget his equine friend, searches the battlefields of France to find Joey and bring him home.
