This is Thriller film based on the mission named Operation Outcome. This mission is designed by the Defense Department to modify human endurance levels during extreme weather conditions on the planet. They have to call off this mission due to a news leaked to media on public appearance of their agent Bourne. All the agents are called back by the program head Eric.
But Aaron Cross gets through it and runs away with Dr. Marta Shearing working as scientist who know about the pills that can are helpful for Aaron to survive. Aaron and Marta travel to Manila where these chems pills are manufactured. Byer gives signals to the factory security and sends his brainwashed soldier LARX-03 to kill them both. After a long motorbike race on the roads of Philippines, Aaron and Marta succeed in killing LARX-03 and get a boat to sail back to New York.
