The movie begins with a very a tranquil and philanthropic Buddhist Ben who is a rich and is a Laguna Beach entrepreneurs. The closest friend of Ben is Chon, who is a former Navy SEAL and ex-mercenary. He is rich and runs a lucrative and he has an industry that produces the most and the best Marijuana in the city. The duo, share the same lovely relationship with the stunning and beautiful girl Ophelia. They live a beautiful and happening life in the Southern California town.

But their life is brought to change when the Mexican Baja Cartel enters and desires to share the partnership with them. But then happens to come the most cruel and merciless people that is Elena who is the head of BC and Lado who is the enforcer tries to break the bond between the friends with help of dirty DEA agent. Now begins the very difficult to win battle with Cartel.
