The movie begins in the city of Cape Town where Tobin Frost, who is an International criminal is trying hard to expose the corrupt CIA operations. Frost is an ex CIA operative and he has now turned into a traitor. He gets the data storage device from an MI6 agent Wade, but these two are attacked by the mercenaries and Wade is killed. Frost is left with no choice but to surrender himself.
He is taken to a local Safe house which is guarded by Matt Weston, who is a young CIA agent. The safe house is attacked by the mercenaries of Vargas and the circumstances force Weston to form an alliance with Frost. Weston learns about the intentions of Frost. The duo, Weston and Frost move forWard in the mission of exposing the corrupt officials. Weston and Frost face many difficulties in the process and unfortunately Frost loses his life.
A dangerous CIA renegade resurfaces after a decade on the run. When the safe house he's remanded to is attacked by mercenaries, a rookie operative escapes with him. Now, the unlikely allies must stay alive long enough to uncover who wants them dead.
