Battleship

The story begins with a careless, hopeless yet smart and Intelligent Alex Hopper who is guided and guarded by his elder brother, Stone Hopper who is a Navy officer. Alex falls in love with a girl named Sam and goes out to an extent to impress her. He succeeds in this but lands into a legal trouble and that’s when his brother decides to join him in the Navy. With his smartness and intelligence he becomes a lieutenant but his reckless attitude always lands him into trouble.

Admiral Shane, Sam’s father doesn’t like him and his attitude and so, Alex has only two aims to accomplish and they are, to impress Shane and another one is to be an effective officer. But twist comes when a spaceship from some other planet similar to earth crashes into earth and lands into Pacific Ocean. Unfortunately, the connection with their planet is lost along the way. The Aliens trap Sam, Alex, Stone and few others and they all become the key players to save the earth.
When mankind beams a radio signal into space, a reply comes from ‘Planet G’, in the form of several alien crafts that splash down in the waters off Hawaii. Lieutenant Alex Hopper is a weapons officer assigned to the USS John Paul Jones, part of an international naval coalition which becomes the world's last hope for survival as they engage the hostile alien force of unimaginable strength. While taking on the invaders, Hopper must also try to live up to the potential that his brother, and his fiancée's father—an Admiral—expect of him.
