An aspiring model from Missouri Katie Carter is working as waitress at New York City restaurant. She decides to go for a free photography session to update her modelling portfolio. Here she comes across three photographers Ivan, Nikolai and Georgy. Georgy gets attracted to Katie. But Katie disagrees with a topless shot to Ivan and leaves the shoot.

Georgy visits her at her apartment and says sorry for what happened at the shoot. He also gives her a flash drive in which her photos are stored. Georgy tells her to keep those photos personal and do no upload. In the middle of the night Katie wakes and see Georgy is still there taking her photos. She loses her mind and attacks him with electroshock gun. Georgy is not hurt much but he binds and gags her. Jayson staying in the neighboring house tries to stop the rape but Georgy kills him by stabbing. He then calls his fellow photographers and clean up the place.
Broke, and in desperate need to update her portfolio, New York City model Katie calls a number from a tear-off flyer offering free photos. But this innocent attempt quickly turns into an unthinkable kidnapping nightmare where she's ripped away from everyone and everything she knows.
