Henry wakes up in the water tank on the airplane recalling some of his childhood memories. Due to the accident Henry loose his voice and become amnesiac too. her wife Estelle who is also a scientist, puts hi-tech hand and leg for Henry which runs on cybernetic energy. A group of telekinetic soldiers attack Henry with a leader named Akan.
They try to kill Henry and Estelle but they both succeed in hiding and soon leave the place. Both land on the highway in the Moscow city where the soldiers are still chasing them. Here Estelle got murdered by them but Henry could save himself. Surprisingly Henry is saved by Jimmy who is a very mysterious figure in the movie. He tells Henry that his cybernetic body parts are discharged and need some energy immediately or Henry might die. He also directs Henry where he can get the energy and helps him reach that place.
Henry, a newly resurrected cyborg who must save his wife/creator from the clutches of a psychotic tyrant with telekinetic powers, AKAN, and his army of mercenaries. Fighting alongside Henry is Jimmy, who is Henry's only hope to make it through the day. Hardcore Henry takes place over the course of one day, in Moscow, Russia.
