As often happens, that the planet is under the greatest threat of destruction. Washington is in a panic. Madman Dieter, has plans to blow up the White House. He's already got hold of a nuclear Warhead, and is going to use its direct-fire rounds at Washington. As is usually the case, the army and police do not know how to operate in that is not a standard situation.
A natural question becomes who will save Washington and the world in General? And the assistance of the universe come former Special Agent, who was previously in the State security services, but the will of fate, ended up in Ecuador, looking for soothing the soul. Now it is not to himself, he goes on the Warpath.
Ex-special operative MacGruber is called back into action to take down his archenemy, Dieter Von Cunth, who's in possession of a nuclear warhead and bent on destroying Washington, DC.
