I Am Not a Serial Killer

John Wayne Cleaver is a teenager living together with his mother, who owns a mortuary and divorced; and his elder sister. He is suffering from psychopathic and homicidal thoughts. This fact scares the boy and he cannot quit the problem by himself. John attends a professional psychologist but even Dr. Neblin is unable to help him. Soon the serial killer appears in the town. He kills only men and takes out various organs from their bodies. Being a witness of some murders, John send us a message: "I Am Not a Serial Killer". Who is the unknown killer that evidently has psychic deviations?
In a small Midwestern town, a troubled teen with homicidal tendencies must hunt down and destroy a supernatural killer while keeping his own inner demons at bay.
