The Signal

Sometimes excessive enthusiasm harmless hobby can lead to undesirable and life-threatening consequences. Someone who, as hackers must know it like no other: travelling on the worldwide web, you can stumble on information, which will lead to nothing good. That is exactly what happened with three students who started getting email from unknown under the nickname "NOMAD".

After a series of mysterious events, students find themselves locked up in the walls of the secret organization, and became the objects of a comprehensive examination, learned the shocking truth: on contact with them trying to get out is not an ordinary person and not even fellow-hacker, and extraterrestrial intelligence, after contact with which guys considered dangerous for humanity and placed in the guarded compound. In one of the secret service agents exactly right: contact with aliens has not passed to hackers completely, and now they are ready to use their new resources to regain freedom.
On a road trip, Nic and two friends are drawn to an isolated area by a computer genius. When everything suddenly goes dark, Nic regains consciousness – only to find himself in a waking nightmare.
