Exist on Earth and separated people crazy extreme, that in pursuit of adrenaline to commit reckless stunts. One such person is Xander Cage, a.k.a. XXX because of a tattoo on his neck, who also writes on video all its deadly rooms and on the Internet. People like Xander often come to the attention of the secret service and not for tricks and ability, not everyone possesses super agent.


So one day, Cage recruits management agent of national security by providing its latest secret weapons development. On the instructions of Xxx should sneak in terms of criminal personalities, who are based in Prague and learn all about the latest development of biological weapons. All the operation was going well until the Cage is not faced with a mysterious girl named Elena.
Xander Cage is your standard adrenaline junkie with no fear and a lousy attitude. When the US Government "recruits" him to go on a mission, he's not exactly thrilled. His mission: to gather information on an organization that may just be planning the destruction of the world, led by the nihilistic Yorgi.
