Erin a young woman who leads a really happy life. She lives in a quiet and comfortable area, financially secured and is in a stable relationship with a loving husband. Special hopes Erin holds the work of English teacher in a public school where she thinks her memorable experience with adolescents and productive collaborative work. Erin turns right, work it and the truth to be hard, but it is not quite the same as she had hoped.

Class, which she entrusted, composed of teenagers growing up in a disadvantaged area, do not consider English their first language and considering gangster lifestyle as something perfectly natural. Them and their new teacher enough one day to appreciate each other: teens decide that Erin does not understand anything in life and not worth attention, and she, in turn, realizes how much work it will. For the sake of her EXEs are a chance for a better life, Erin was ready to commit nearly impossible-to unite and make them learn.
