Frank Lucas was a driver from Harlem mafioso, and when he died, decided to open their own business. He established the old ties and approached criminal business like a real entrepreneur. Starting import in large quantities in the United States, heroin, Frank amounted to competition to other traffickers, not diluting the high-quality drug and offering it at a lower price.

Of course, when doing business in this way must be delivered in the United States, heroin without intermediaries, and Frank has found a way to organize this: drew to tranSport drug War, at that moment, guiding combat operations in Vietnam. All this allowed Frank not just to survive and to get rich, but to earn in the criminal world indisputable authority. But all that made Lucas, was threatened when on his track attacked a fundamentally honest and incorruptible New York City COP named Richie Roberts. Their recent confrontation much put at stake.
Following the death of his employer and mentor, Bumpy Johnson, Frank Lucas establishes himself as the number one importer of heroin in the Harlem district of Manhattan. He does so by buying heroin directly from the source in South East Asia and he comes up with a unique way of importing the drugs into the United States. Partly based on a true story.
