Once Tim Thomas calls 911 service and tells them about his own suicide. That pushed him to this Act? Two years ago, Tim got into car accident, in which seven people died through no fault of his. Feeling guilt, he ponders on how to pay for the consequences of their errors, and, it seems, finds a solution. Despite the fact that Tim's career, working as an engineer with space stations, goes uphill, he casts work and devotes himself to atone for his own guilt.

First he donates his brother part lungs, then gives part of liver Holly, working in a service dedicated to safety of children. And then begins the search for candidates for and its other bodies. The choice of Tim falls on the hockey coach, who need a new kidney, as well as boy Nicolas, in need of bone marrow transplants. Tim is continuing its searches and finds all new people. He hoped that if his death will help someone survive, it is at least partly eliminates the consequences of the terrible accident.
